Noodle place that took over an old hot pot restaurant! Solid place for noodles and delicious soup :)

We had tried this place previously but didn't like it too much because we chose a bad combination of noodles, soup and ingredients. We decided to hit it up a second time and were much more satisfied this time around!

Fish Soup Noodle House specializes in (as the name suggests...) soup noodles, and the menu reflects it.
Basically how it works is..
You choose:
--> A soup base: Fish, Chicken, Tom Yum or Malaysian Curry.
--> Noodles: Udon, Vermicelli, Flat Rice Noodles (Ho Fan), Glass Noodles, etc
--> 2 Toppings: Beef, Brisket, Pork, Fish Balls, Dumplings. Extra toppings are $1.50 each.

The menu also includes other small share plates such as dim sum dishes like "Siu Mai"

The noodles come with a few other extra ingredients such as crab meat, leeks, beancurd sheets and mushrooms!

The soup is delicious - milky in color and flavourful and perfect for a cold day. The fish flavour is subtle which actually allows other flavours of fresh ingredients to come forward. Their fish soup noodle is made fresh every day - never reusing any from the day before. FSNH also offers hot pot which seemed to be a popular choice. We ate lunch at around 1pm and there were already many people using the hotpot stoves!

I would come here again but it is definitely not my go-to noodle house. The service was quick and efficient and the unique 'create-your-own' noodles style is interesting but I am definitely a ramen girl. You won't be impressed with the presentation or the flavours but it IS a solid place for noodles and their fish soup IS very tasty!
